What is ifinus?
It is a business management (ERP) program for small and medium retailers, made by Mikax. It brings point of sale (POS), inventory, finance, customers and HR together in one Windows program that works even without internet.

Is ifinus available in my country?
The program runs in 17 languages on any Windows 10 or 11 computer. Accounts are open in Brazil today; for other countries, join the VIP list and you will be told first when they open.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The computer checks the account on the server whenever it is online and keeps selling for up to 3 days without a connection. Everything is stored on the computer and syncs when the internet comes back.
Which computers can run ifinus?
Any computer with Windows 10 or 11. It installs from the Microsoft Store and runs well even on a Celeron processor with 4 GB of memory.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. The Complete plan includes 2 synced computers and each extra computer costs $7/month.
What kind of business is it for?
General retail: grocery stores, produce shops and bakeries (with scale), clothing and shoe stores (color and size variants), building supplies, distributors (wholesale prices) and repair shops (service orders).
Does it issue invoices?
It prints sales receipts on any brand of receipt printer. Electronic tax invoices (NFC-e and NF-e) are available for businesses in Brazil, sent directly to SEFAZ.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data stays on your computer, with an automatic daily backup and an extra copy on a USB drive or in the cloud. You can export everything to spreadsheets at any time, even with an expired subscription.
